XD6216 Series ETR03098-001d 28V Low Power Consumption 150mA Voltage Regulators (with Stand-by Function) ■GENERAL DESCRIPTION ☆AEC-Q100 Grade2 XD6216 series are positive voltage regulator ICs with 28V of operation voltage.
The series consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a current limiter, a thermal shutdown circuit and a phase compensation circuit plus a driver transistor.
The output voltage is selectable in 0.

8V to 12V using laser trimming technologies.
The output stabilization capacitor (CL) is also compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors.
