The TL750M and TL751M series incorporate onboard overvoltage and current-limiting protection circuitry to protect the devices and the regulated system.
Both series are fully protected against load-dump and reverse-battery conditions.
Load-dump protection is up to a maximum of 60 V at the input of the device.
