AS1363 1A Low Dropout Linear Voltage Regulator 1 General Description The AS1363 is a low-dropout linear regulator that operates from a +2.
0V to +5.
5V supply and delivers a guaranteed 500mA load current with low 150mV dropout.
The device is available in two versions (see Table 1).
One version has a high-accuracy output with a preset voltage (1.
2V, 1.
5V, 1.
8V, 3.
0V, 3.
3V, or 4.
5V).
This voltage is internally trimmed and also offers a Bypass pin.
With a capacitor connected to this Bypass pin, the PSRR and the Noise performance is improved.
At the other version the output voltage is user-adjustable (1.
2V to 5.
3V) and offers an SET pin for setting the output voltage.
