Global Mixed-mode Technology G983-XXX Low-Dropout, 600mA Linear Regulator Features „ 600mA Output Current, with Foldback Current Limiting „ High Ripple Rejection „ ±2% Output Accuracy „ 300µA quiescent Current „ Thermal Overload Protection „ SOT-89, SOT-89-5 and SOP-8 Package „ MLCC Stabled General Description The G983 are low-dropout, linear regulator.
It is available in SOT-89, SOT-89-5 and SOP8 packages.
The MLCC capacitor can be used for output capacitor.
The G983 turns off linear regulator function when EN pin is low.
Familiar regulator features such as over temperature and over current protection circuits are provided to prevent it from being damaged by abnormal operating conditions.
